ELIZABETH KASER, M.Ed. is an experienced and passionate educator who specializes in Experiential Education and Literacy. Over the last 15 years, she has worked for schools in Japan, Wisconsin and Maine. In addition to working with students to create dynamic and rigorous learning experiences, she also has extensive experience working as a teacher leader both at the school and district level. As a member of the leadership team for an Expeditionary Learning school, she developed and conducted professional development for colleagues around Language Arts instruction and assessment. During that time, she was also tasked with developing alternative education programs from the ground up for her school district. Beth has also developed curriculum and tutored students for the Critical Reading and Writing sections of the SAT Exam.
Beth recently transitioned into Early Childhood Education, establishing a program for children ages 2-4. She is certified as a K-8 teacher in Maine and is certificate eligible as a Literacy Specialist. She has Master’s Degrees in both Language & Literacy and Special Education. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Studies from Wellesley College. Beth lives on the coast of Maine with her husband and two children.
